Helsinki, April 13 (IANS) Nordic passenger carrier Finnair Friday said it has managed to maintain its four-star rating in the audit conducted by international airline survey company Skytrax.
"We have determinedly renewed our customer service and the whole chain of service works better than before. We are delighted about this rating," Anssi Komulainen, senior vice president, customer service, Finnair said.
Finnair is the only Nordic airline with a four-star Skytrax rating.
Finnair has been voted by passengers as the best North European airline in the Skytrax world airline awards in 2010 and 2011. The awards are considered to be global benchmark of airline excellence.
