New Delhi, Feb 16 (IANS) It was a nippy but sunny morning in the capital Thursday with the minimum temperature settling four notches below average at 7.1 degrees Celsius. The Met department forecast a clear day ahead.
"The sky will be clear in the day but is likely to become partly cloudy towards the evening," said an official of India Meteorological Department.
While the humidity wavered between a high and low of 68 and 25 percent, the maximum is expected to hover around 23 degrees Celsius.
Wednesday's maximum temperature was recorded at 21.7 degrees Celsius, two notches below average while the minimum was 11.3 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the year.
