New Delhi, Feb 15 (IANS) It was a bright, pleasant Wednesday morning in Delhi with the minimum temperature settling at 11.3 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the season. The met department forecast light showers and thunder in parts of the city towards evening.
"The sky will be partly cloudy towards the evening. Light rain or thunder showers are expected in some parts of the city towards evening," said an official from the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
"The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 23 degrees Celsius," the official said.
The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 42 percent.
Tuesday's maximum temperature was recorded at 23.6 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the year while the minimum was a notch above average at 11.2 degrees.
