New Delhi, Feb 17 (IANS) It was a cold and cloudy morning in the capital Friday as the minimum temperature dipped four notches below the average for the season, settling at 6.6 degrees Celsius.
"The morning and evening will be partly cloudy. The skies are likely to be clearer towards the afternoon," said an official from the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
"Maximum and minimum temperature will be around 22 and 8 degrees Celsius," added the IMD official.
Humidity recorded at 8.30 a.m. was 67 percent.
Maximum temperature recorded Thursday was 21.2 degrees Celsius, three notches below the average for the season.
