Manila, Jan 24 At least 15 fishermen have been killed and three injured in an attack by pirates off the island province of Basilan in the Philippines, a military official said Tuesday.
The victims, natives of Zamboanga del Sur province, were aboard three fishing boats when they were attacked by gunmen about 7 a.m. Monday, Xinhua reported.
