Islamabad, March 26 (IANS) Two people were killed after they drank illicit liquor in a cantonment in Pakistan's Khyber Pakthunkhwa province.
The incident took place at Hindu Colony in Nowshera cantonment, reported Dawn.
Four people -- Imran, Ramparkash, Faisal and Aida Malik -- were taken to a hospital in a critical condition early Sunday.
Police said two of them, Imran and Ramparkash, died.
Arjandas, a leader of the Hindu community, claimed that alcohol was being sold freely in Nowshera cantonment.
