New Delhi, Feb 6 (IANS) Former Himachal Pradesh governor Sheila Kaul will celebrate her 98th birthday Tuesday.

The veteran Congress leader was elected from the Lucknow Lok Sabha constituency four times and represented Rae Bareli constituency once.
