New Delhi, Feb 21 (IANS) It was a sunny and pleasant morning in the capital Tuesday as the minimum temperature settled at 11.1 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the season. The met office has forecast a warm day.
The humidity at 8:30 a.m. was 88 percent.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the skies are expected to be partly cloudy during the day and the maximum temperature is expected to hover around 27 degrees Celsius.
Monday's maximum temperature settled a notch above average at 25.5 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature was 11.4 degrees, average for this time of the season.
