New Delhi, Feb 10 (IANS) Delhi braved icy winds Friday morning but the weather office forecast a warm and sunny day. The minimum temperature settled at 6.4 degrees Celsius, four notches below average.
"It will be warm through the day," said an official from India Meteorological Department (IMD).
"Maximum and minimum temperature are likely to stay around 20 and 6 degrees," added the official.
The maximum humidity recorded at 8.30 a.m. was 70 percent.
Delhi recorded a maximum of 19 degrees Celsius Thursday, four notches below the average for the season.
