Beijing, Feb 21 (IANS) Ten people were killed after a blast ripped through a steel plant in northeast China's Liaoning province, authorities said Tuesday.
Seventeen people were injured in the accident Monday at a steel-casting workshop owned by Angang Heavy Machinery Co. Ltd. in the city of Anshan, reported Xinhua.
Rescuers are looking for three people who are missing.
